This beginners yoga snack of standing poses will help open the hips and hamstrings offering relief for the lower back. Work the feet strongly to keep the alignment in the hips. This will also help open the chest so that you breathe better. Just because you are doing standing poses doesn't mean you can forget about the arms you still have to extend out into the finger tips and keep the shoulders moving down away from your ears. You don't have to go to deep into the pose to feel the benefits, work to what your body is telling you. The key is the alignment. Good for mums once the baby is three months old.
