This set of beginners sitting poses for multi sport athletes will help open the hips groins and hamstings. Depending on your flexibility and how tight the lower back is, will depend on how much height you have under your buttocks. It maybe one folded blanket or it maybe 4. It doesn't matter if these are practiced regulary then you'll find that you'll soon be taking blankets out and holding onto the toes. Make sure that you maitain the work of the both feet in these poses, as they activate the legs which will open and lengthen the muscles. This is very calming for the mind.
