Beginners Yoga For Smart Start DVD
If you have never stepped foot on a yoga mat, and or you are short on
time, then this is the sync for you. A very basic easy to follow practice, that will
safely guide you through a range of movements, helping your body relax, unwind and
feel more comfortable to hang out in. Practice this sync 3 to 4 times a week for at
least two weeks or longer before moving on to our beginner’s sync. Trust your inner
wisdom; you will know when it is time to move on.
