I made this Yogasync on day 5 of my cycle.  My flow stopped earlier than usual on day 4, and I feel wonderfully energised today.  It's a Sunday and I have time to have fun, play, I REALLY feel like my hip flexors and hammies need some deep work.  At the same time I want to build strength all over AND have a good stretch!  I have toi admit I haven't given much conscious attention to the energetic centres of the body and sequencing for them, im just going with my flow and adding in what I am attracted to today.  I notice that many poses are very familiar for me, which is what I would expect for the end of menstruation,  In a few days I will probably grabbing movements that are outside of my known-zone.
