I have taken out a few poses to shorten the sequence.  It is still full of twists and I added sun salutes at the begnning. Om.


50% of communication is listening. Often when conflict arises, we forget to stop, breath, and listen to what the other person is so upset about. This is usually because our ego feels threatened, and we feel the need to defend ourselves. Practicing twists can help us to gain flexibility in the spine, neck and shoulders. It can also help us to embody the flexibility in the mind to see the other person’s point of view. When practicing this sync, take the time to connect to your breath, BEATHE deeply. This will guide you inward so you are ready to listen to your body. When you have heard clearly what it is saying to you, COMMUNICATE back by encouraging it to move in new and different ways. Then take time to REFLECT on how this feels. If you need too, take ACTION by adding more height, taking away height, or twisting deeper. Embodying the ability to Breathe, communicate, reflect and take action if needed, can help to grow your ability to peacefully resolve conflict when it arises in your daily life.
