Description:

This invigorating sequence will leave you feeling grounded and energised. Standing postures help to create more strength in the leg muscles and spine, helping to cultivate a sense of grounded clam. The practice begins with sun salutations to gently warm the body, standing postures to continue to build heat, strengthen the legs and open the spine so the breath and prana can flow more freely. Standing forward bends and twists will flush a fresh supply of blood into your digestive organs, helping to aid function. A supported backbend will quieten the mind and nervous system in preparation for the ultimate restorer of energy; relaxation.
