Description:
Beginners. This is combination of two poses with a hold of 50sec in first pose and 20sec in second pose on each side. If you find that the leg on the floor begins to bend or the toes roll out to the side take the foot to the wall, and press it firmly to the wall. You don't have to have block next to the hip of the leg going out to the side, but the shoulder and hip of the leg going out to the side must stay on the floor.
