Description:
Beginners 50sec hold each side in easy cross leg, this will help open the groins and hips. Good one to do watching TV or having cup of coffee or tea. If your knees are higher than your hips then put more height under the buttocks until your knees are about level with your hips. If the knees are lower than hips take the height out so they're about even with the hips.
