Our Yogasync creator offers unseen before structure that incorporates the best of the old and the new – it is literally yoga meets the technological age, to make it simpler and more effective for you. We are excited to present this interactive, comprehensive; teaching that allows you to work at your own pace and energy level. Whether you are new to yoga or have many years of yoga under your belt; we help you fit yoga into your life and reap its benefits.. When you join the Yogasync family we allow you access to our quickly growing library of Yogasync’s and member created video practices via downloads and our ultra-modern streaming technology. As we have, we want you to experience the physical, spiritual, and emotional benefits yoga has to offer. We also have a range of Long Yoga Classes, Short Yoga Classes, Meditations, Yoga for Multisport and Pranayamas which are more traditional.For those that are a little more adventurous, if you can't find it, you can certainly make it with our World First Create a Yogasync tool, If a movement is too easy or too hard, you can modify it with our Create a Movement Tool. There is also our workshop section and the Yogasync World of Cuisine that features unique vegetarian cooking lesson with our Master Vegetarian Chef. . It's never been this easy to learn with information like this at your fingertips, 24/7.

The style of yoga that we teach focuses on the structural alignment of the physical body through the practice of our special range of yoga movements. This helps the energy flow through the different channels and works to align the Myofascial trains. We use a range of props such as belts, blankets, blocks and straps, as aids in performing movements (postures).

The props enable the practitioner to overcome limitations and perform the movements correctly with the right energetic channels flowing. It is better to get the energy flowing correctly in the body rather than "looking" like you are doing the movement. This minimizes the risk of injury or strain and makes Yogasync.tv  accessible to male or female, both young or old, fit or not so fit.

We pay great attention to detail with a precise focus on body alignment. This works on the mind and body in many subtle ways.  Our teaching is based on the traditional Eight Limbs of Yoga, updated with all of the amazing things that the 21st Century has taught us in the areas of physiological development and Evolutionary Enlightenment. We steer clear of the use of too many mythic constructs and try to encourage our members to more consciously choose to set aside ideas, thoughts and beliefs as you work with the yoga in your members area. In this way you become more present in your practice and more ‘awake’ and aware in every second of daily life – this leads to a simpler and stronger way of knowing.
