Description:
The guided meditations you will partake in here are written and designed to compound the work you have done in your physical yoga practice and to prepare you to respond to the challenges of daily life in a calm, balanced and strong manner. In this way they will act as another tool for enhancing your ability to grow in emotional and psychological maturity so that your interactions with others become more peaceful and loving, open and honest as well as authentic and in alignment with your true nature. In order to enhance the full potential of this style of guided meditation it will be most effective if you close your eyes. This way you can practice the art of visualizing yourself emerging from your practice in new and exciting ways. Sitting with your eyes closed allows you to go deeply inward so that you take full advantage of seeing yourself being the changes you want to experience in your life. This is a very powerful practice and you will very soon notice a wonderful new energy within and around yourself that allows you to more deeply and authentically be the change you want to see in the world. If you would like to fix your internal gaze at a fixed point, then you can choose the third eye, heart centre, navel or some other inner location that feels right to you.
